Overview

In the heart of southern Punjab lies the village of Maula Sabra, home to over 5,000 people. For decades, the community has faced challenges accessing even the most basic healthcare services. At Paktree, we are committed to changing that. Our Rural Health Care Setup in Maula Sabra is a holistic initiative aimed at delivering essential medical care, health education, and long-term wellness support.

Our Mission

To provide reliable, affordable, and dignified healthcare to the residents of Maula Sabra and surrounding areas, empowering rural families with the knowledge and tools they need to lead healthier lives.

What We’re Building in Maula Sabra

1. A Dedicated Rural Health Center

We are establishing a fully equipped health center in the village, offering:

General outpatient care
Basic emergency treatment
Chronic disease management
In-house pharmacy with essential medicines

Our first fundraising goal is PKR 2 million, which will help us establish the building structure and set up the basic infrastructure required for operations.

2. Telemedicine and Specialist Access

Through digital consultations, patients in Maula Sabra can now access specialist care from urban hospitals without traveling long distances — saving time, cost, and stress.

4. Local Health Worker Training

We are training local women and youth as Community Health Workers who will:

Assist in basic diagnostics and first aid
Provide health awareness in households

Year One Focus: Outreach, Awareness & Access

In our first year, we are launching:

Health Camps (In-Person & Online): Regular community events for free checkups, screenings, and early intervention.
Field-Based Health Education Sessions: Focused on hygiene, nutrition, maternal health, and prevention of common illnesses.
Free Medicine Distribution: Basic medications will be provided to those in need, ensuring no one is denied care due to financial barriers.
